Brandaty.com is an online shopping website. All of our items are stored in a warehouse that is not open to customers. We offer you exchange policy with only 1 KD for delivery fees if your item does not meet your expectation or you are unhappy with it within 14 days of receiving the item

When will I receive the items I ordered from brandaty.com?

 Delivery team will not contact you, they will deliver the item directly to your desired address from 9 am to 9 p.m Saturday till Thursday

How much do I need to pay for my delivery service?

1 KD for all Kuwait areas for all E-payment method ( credit card, Knet & PayPal). And 1.5 KD delivery fees for Cash on delivery orders. and 1 KD for return or exchange as delivery fees


What are the areas covered for delivery?

Can I get the driver’s contact number?

We do apologise, as we don’t give out driver’s numbers to our customers. However, our drivers will give you a call prior to arrival if needed


Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we deliver only to Kuwait but soon we will deliver to all GCC countries


If I have changed my mind at the time of delivery, can I cancel the order or reject receiving it from the driver?

If the order didn’t leave our warehouse, then no charges will be applied to you but incase order is out for delivery with driver then order can’t be canceled at this stage you must receive the order and then contact us to request a return then we will send you a driver to collect the item from you and 1 KD fee will be applied to you


How can I get back the amount which I paid for any order or product which I returned or I want to return ?

1.We will send you driver to collect the product from you.

2. if you have paid cash on delivery or by knet then your amount will be refunded in your barandaty.com account wallet on so you can use it within 12 months on brandaty.com from the adding the amount to your wallet

3. if you paid by credit card or paypal the amount will be refunded to your credit card or paypal account within 7 business days.

 

I am looking for an item and can’t find it on your website; can you get it for me?

The item I want is sold out. Will it be available again?

E. Exchange & Returns


How can I return or exchange items I bought through brandaty.com?

You will have the right to replace or return purchased products within 14 days as of the date of order receipt when the following terms are met:

1 – The stock intended to be returned or replaced have the manufacturing defect that cant be remedied without prejudicing products` quality or if products are cheated, imitated, defected or incompliant with specifications mentioned on website or application or in the event you change your mind for any reason.

2 – Products shall be within their original cartons and package, not used and in their same condition as they were at the time of their delivery to the purchaser.

3 – Products shall be in good conditions and sellable once again (except for products in which a manufacturing defect, cheat or imitation have been found).

4 – if you have paid cash on delivery or by knet then your amount will be refunded in your barandaty.com account wallet on so you can use it within 12 months on brandaty.com from the adding the amount to your wallet. however, if you paid by credit card or paypal the amount will be refunded to your credit card or paypal account within 7 business days

5- you will be charged 1 KD “( only one Kuwaiti Dinar) as return or exchange fees

6- Dear customer, you are entitled to receive full price of the returned products. Such price is not subject to any type of fees such as the charges pertaining to visa card, KNET and the like from the refunded amount.


What is the process of Product return or replacement?

1 – Please contact customer service centre should return or replacement terms are met and we will send our representative to receive the product from you and give you a note in support of receipt.

2 – Return and replacement request will be evaluated within 5 business days as of the product delivery date after product inspection. Therefore, we will either accept a return, replacement request or reject the request. We will also notify you, in either case, specifying a reason.

3 – Should your return request is accepted; we will refund the product value at the same payment method used in order during 7 business days. In case of cash payment or KNET, we will deposit the relevant amount in your own portfolio at brandaty.com website and application. You can use the amount within a single year in purchasing from website or application.

4 – If replacement request is accepted, we will refund the amount in the same payment method used in order during 7 business days; and then we will issue you a new order for which you must pay at receipt or in advance by any of payment means secured by us.

5 – In case of rejecting the product return or replacement, from our checking team you will be charged 1.5 KD as re-delivery fees and we will deliver product to you again requiring you to sign, once again, for receipt

Return or replacement request` s denial reasons:

1 – If the product is not on the carton or the carton is not on its original condition, package or if it has been previously used.

 2 – Should the product be not in the same condition as the time of its delivery to the purchaser e.g. but not limited to if there are cracks on the carton or the product itself.

3 – If more than 14 days elapsed from the order/products receipt date

 4 – The product serial number intended to be returned or replaced, does not belong to Brandaty Import & Export Agent Co.

5 -For Electronic Devices; if the following are revealed: - - Misuse which includes, for example but not limited to, shutdowns that arise from a purchaser` s ignorance of the correct method of a commodity operation or the attempt to operate the same contrary to brandaty.com or the manufacturer` s policy plus the shutdowns resulting from using any unauthorized accessories with the commodity. Warranty does not include breakage or product`s immersion into water.

- Any shutdown resulting from wrong installation or fixation leading to violation of the instructions set forth herein or those granted by brandaty.com to the purchaser at the time of purchasing the commodity

- All shutdowns, resulting from different incidents such as thunders, Acts of God, floods, civil commotions or other reasons beyond brandaty.com` s control and cannot be overcome.

– Shutdowns which result from modifications to a commodity to match with international or local standards at all territories wherein commodities, not originally designed, to be operated.


I bought an item yesterday and I found that it is not working?

How is the order delivered to me?

Once you place an order through any of our platforms, and after confirmation, our warehouse team will prepare your order and one of our trained drivers will pick up your order, and ride along to your place to deliver it.

I did not receive an order confirmation. Did my order get through?

On rare occasions, there may be a problem with the system and you do not receive your confirmation email informing you that your order has been received. Most often in this case the order has gone through and it is just a problem with the email not getting through to you. In these cases, we will confirm the order with customer manually to be done in case the amount already deducted and no order submitted then report this order to operation department to deliver the order.

The items I ordered is unacceptable. How do I get a refund?

brandaty provides an easy way for you to order your items online. If you're unhappy with the quality of the items, you can contact us at 1800166 and if the item still with the same condition you can return it within 14 days from delivery date

How do I make changes to my order?

brandaty provides an easy way for you to order your items online, if you want to cancel some items from your order you can contact us at 1800166 and in case your still not shipped our customer service team can help you.

you can only cancel items from your order and not allowed to add items to submitted order, will be new order and new process

What if I'm not at home when the delivery man comes by? Will they redeliver?

 Your order will deliver Within 2 business days from order confirmation date Delivery team will not contact you, they will deliver the item directly to your desired address from 9 am to 9 p.m Saturday till Thursday , Once no one received the order they will try to deliver it next day, if again no one receive the order will return back to warehouse and cancelled as no one received it.
